Of late, I have been thinking that I have became The Most Intelligent Person in my house. Well, I really can’t tell the reasons for why I’ve been thinking like that, it’s more like the “intuition” thingy.
And today, riding the flair of my new found Intelligence, I wrote a mail to my Better-Half [which by no account I would have even dreamt of writing under normal circumstances]. And I got following reply from her [yes, her replies are always prompt]:
AND NOW I HAVE TOLD PAPA AND NOW TELLING TO YOU AS WELL. I DON’T WANT ANYTHING, AND I WILL GET PISSED OFF WITH YOU IF YOU THINK OF ANY GIFT/ CELEBRATION.
No, I’ve not made any changes.
Yes, the sentence was all in CAPS.
So when I sat down and decoded her reply, it came out like this:
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH BUSTER. YOU ARE AS DUMB AS YOU ALWAYS WERE, SO DON’T TRY TO ACT TOO SMART IT’S NOT IN YOU. ALSO YOU BETTER CONFESS TO THE MESS YOU MADE ON YOUR B’ DAY AND I DARE YOU TO TRY ANYTHING LIKE THAT ON MINE. OH! AN AFTER THOUGHT, THINK OF KEEPING THAT HELMET OF YOURS ON YOUR HEAD WHEN YOU ENTER THE HOUSE TONITE.
WOW!! I am oh so much doomed !!
