  1. yep, been wondering the same thing. mine gets up to 150,000k after some serious browsing. i sure hope they can fix this or i have to give IE7 a try.

    I really don’t mind its memory usage but I never seem to experience the extremes that some people report.

  4. Yes that’s terrible and for the PC with low RAM it’s just a headache…

  6. @iskoblog – The max I had seen with FireFox is around 110K.

    @Cat – Generally there are 3 tabs open, not more than that.

    @Galaxy – Thanks for the link. Going through it is the next thing I’ll be doing.

    @Sandeep – Yes, it’s a BIG headache and becoming more and more annoying everyday.

    @Madhur – “Tabs” is what is lacking with IE. Though I tried installing MSN Addin for Tabs, but it does not performed well on my machine.
